This is called a Bobble Hat in Britain. The bobble is arctic fox fur. Alternating swirls of royal blue and blue, brown & white patterned wool form the cap. It’s lined with brown cotton flannel backed satin lining for extra warmth. Size large with an inner circumference of 24 ¾ inches, so closer to extra-large.
